What is a private time off?
A private time off refers to one that may occur for confidential reasons and should not be publicly disclosed, thus remaining within a restricted and reserved scope. This kind of absence cannot be validated by any manager, only by those who have the Time off Administrator role.
During the time off creation process, you will be able to indicate whether is private or not.
By activating this option, this time off will automatically require approval, so the first option will be enabled as well.
