How does the payroll upload work through the functionality of the same name?
Once you have the Payroll Distribution tool installed, click on “Load Payroll”. Upload a PDF file containing all employee payrolls. It is important that each page includes the payroll of one employee and that it contains at least the employee’s ID number, so Sesame can recognise and associate it with their profile.
The system will process the file, and once it has been successfully uploaded, you can select "Send Payrolls" to ensure each employee receives their payroll.
The documents will be stored in the corresponding folder of the Document Manager.
