How can I use bulk sending to request employees to fill in and sign documents?
Through the Document manager, you can request employees to complete documents with form fields and/or sign them using bulk sending.
Follow these steps:
- Go to "Documents" > "General folders" and click on "Upload documents".
- In the window that opens, enable the options you need:
- "Request employee to complete the document": enable this option if you need employees to fill in a PDF document with form fields.
- "Request employee signature": enable this option if you want employees to sign the document with an advanced signature.

What will happen next?
- You will receive a notification when all recipients have completed the requested actions.
- Since the whole process is online, you won't have to download or print files (and neither will the employees).
- You will have a copy of the document available to download at any time from the "Labor documents" folder.
