How do I view the heat map in Company results?

Within the Company results view you'll find the heat map, a block designed specifically to compare the performance of different areas of your organization at a glance.

This table lets you see the average score for each segment of your company. Use the selector to switch the view and compare by:

  1. Department.
  2. Workplace.
  3. Group.

How is the data sorted?

To make analysis easier, the system organizes information as follows:

  • Vertical sorting: areas (departments, workplaces, or groups) are automatically sorted from highest to lowest overall score. This means the top rows always show your best-performing teams, with those that need more attention further down.
  • Horizontal sorting: competencies or question groups appear in the same order they were configured in the evaluation questionnaire, keeping things consistent with the original survey design.

Subgroups

If the evaluation or survey has question subgroups configured, you'll have a button to toggle between the grouped view and the subgroup breakdown, so you can adjust the level of detail.

Filters

The heat map is fully synchronized with the rest of the page; if you apply any filters, the table will automatically recalculate to reflect exactly that selection.

If your evaluation or survey does not have scoring enabled, the heat map will not be displayed.

In anonymous surveys, organizational units with fewer than 6 responses appear in grey, with no score shown, to protect your team's privacy.
