How can the HR Inbox be used?

By using the HR Inbox, you can solve incidents and assist employees quickly and conveniently. Let's get started!

If you're part of the HR Department and have been assigned the corresponding role in Sesame, you'll see an icon of two text bubbles in the left menu. Click on it to open HR Inbox.

Every time someone sends a message through this channel, a red dot will flash on the icon of the two text bubbles. If you click on it, a window will open displaying a list of all conversations. This record will allow you to review any exchanges made through the channel and anticipate any situation.

In addition, you can also start a conversation with an employee whenever you want. Simply click on the plus sign (+) next to the finder.

Every time you want to start a conversation or continue an existing one, follow these steps. As an Administrator, you'll also find the HR Inbox on the dashboard of the web app.
