How to send your expenses to the Export Queue?
After managing your expenses, you can send them to the export queue for further processing.
Select the expenses you decide to export and click on “Send to queue”. They will automatically appear in the “Export queue” tab.
In this section, choose the expenses you want to export.
Important: Once you click on “Export”, an Excel document will be downloaded, and the expenses will no longer be editable. The system will notify you that these expenses will no longer be editable.
If you consider that an expense in the queue is not yet correctly managed, you can click "Return to inbox" to send it back for further management.
Employees will not be able to edit an expense once it's in the “Export Queue”.
