What is the gender report?
The gender report shows the gender of all your employees.
This is how you can use the information contained in this report:
- Identify if there are any gaps or imbalances in the representation of men and women at different hierarchical levels, areas of work, or roles.
- Assess the effectiveness of the policies that have been implemented in the company to promote equality.
- Identify those areas where it is necessary to implement different actions to promote equal opportunities.
