What information is displayed in the Summary section?
From the Summary section you can view the total of your employees' expenses incurred both from Sesame Cards and manually.
- Total expenses: total expenses incurred.
- Total Sesame Card expenses: expenses incurred only with Sesame cards.
- Available balance: balance remaining after subtracting all the expenses incurred with Sesame Cards. In addition, if a positive transaction is generated, such as a refund or reimbursement in favour of the company, this money is added to the balance.

Current balance: all expenses are shown minus those that are in pending status. Therefore, these have not yet been executed.
To be able to transfer the balance to the Expense Control tool, you can go to Wallet from “Manage balance”.
In the table, you will see all the transactions that are being carried out in the companies, both from Sesame Cards and manually regardless of their status.
When you receive transactions in a currency other than the Euro, you will see the currency exchange fee reflected as an additional expense both in Transactions and in the Inbox.
Remember that for an expense to travel to the Export section, it cannot be in ‘Pending’ status.
- Transaction history: review the transactions that affect the current balance, whether it is an expense made with Sesame Cards or a Wallet transaction.
