What data can I see in the Company results view?
The Company results view gives you everything from a high-level snapshot of your organization to the most granular detail, organized into three main sections:
- Evaluation summary. From the header, you can monitor essential KPIs in real time: participation rate, participants, question groups, questions, and active days.
💡 Tip: Missing responses? Use the Reminder button in the header to notify pending respondents with a single click.
-
Group averages. View the average score for each competency or question group at a glance to identify strengths and areas for improvement at a macro level.
- Groups. Here you’ll see cards organized by competencies or groups. When you expand one, you’ll see the list of all the questions included in that group, along with their overall average score. This allows you to quickly detect which questions have the lowest overall ratings.
Question detail
If you need to understand the reasoning behind a score, click on any question (within Groups). A side panel will open, allowing you to drill down into multiple levels of analysis.
⚠️ The data will automatically adapt to any filters you have active in the main view.
- General data. Immediate context for the question: overall average score, configuration labels (whether it’s mandatory and the response type), and the exact number of people who answered or skipped the question.
-
Averages by evaluator type. You’ll see the overall average for that question broken down by evaluator type.
Example: you may notice that the overall average is low, but identify that peers rated it lower than managers. - Results distribution. A visual bar showing the percentage distribution of each response (e.g., how many people selected “Never” vs. “Always”). This is key to identifying consensus or polarization within the team.
-
List of evaluated employees (Ranking). At the bottom, you’ll see the employees evaluated for that question, sorted by score.
- Individual zoom. Expand an employee’s profile to see their exact score and a breakdown of how each evaluator type rated them for that specific question.
Special question types
-
Text questions: since averages cannot be calculated, you’ll see the written responses grouped by evaluator type.
-
Organizational chart questions: you’ll see the percentage distribution both overall and by role.
- Non-scored questions: if the evaluation is not numerical, you’ll see the percentage distribution for each response option.
Analysis tools
Move easily between sections using the fixed top menu. You can switch the score display (Percentage or numerical) to analyze the data in the format you prefer.
To help you interpret the data, the view also includes:
- Global filters: cross-reference data by location, department, group, evaluator type, or individual evaluator.
-
Color legend: a fixed bar at the bottom displays score ranges so you can quickly identify whether a result is positive or negative. From here, you can also review how these metrics are calculated.
