What can I do with Editorial calendar?

Want to see all your announcements in one place? Click on the calendar icon located on the home screen of the Announcements section.

The Editorial calendar will open, displaying the current week. Use the arrows at the top left to navigate between weeks.

On the panel to the right, you will see all your draft announcements organised by creation date. Need to locate a specific announcement? Use the search by title.

To schedule or reschedule your announcements with drag & drop:

  • From the side panel: drag and drop an announcement onto the desired date on the calendar.
  • From the calendar: drag and drop an announcement onto the desired date, or return it to the side panel to save it as a draft.

Click on any announcement in the calendar to view detailed information, such as content and recipients.

What else can you do? View announcements for the entire group, both scheduled and recurring, as long as they are addressed to someone in your company.

Please note! Any changes you make in the calendar will be reflected in the home screen and vice versa.
