Can I delete users from my account?
If someone no longer works at your company or no longer needs access to Sesame, you can remove or deactivate them at any time.
To delete a user, go to their employee profile, click on Configuration, and then select Delete user. You can also remove multiple users at once by following this path: Employees >> Bulk actions >> Delete user.
⚠️ Important: Keep in mind that this action is irreversible, as it permanently deletes the employee profile and all associated data. For this reason, we recommend downloading any information generated for these users before deleting them. If you need to recover the data later, it will incur an additional cost of $29.99.
Delete or disable?
If you’re unsure, the safest option is to deactivate the user. This way, you can reactivate them or permanently delete them later if needed.
