Can I compare data between my companies, workplaces or departments?
Yes! This is one of the many possibilities that People Analytics offers you. You can compare companies of your group, workplaces, or departments. The comparison is straightforward. In the People Analytics view you will find an "Open Comparison" button and you will see the dashboard with the graphs of the two selected companies.
With People Analytics you will be able to:
- Crosscheck information and broaden your strategic vision. With People Analytics you can at a glance compare the development of workplaces and areas within your business group.
- Extract data and manage the evolution of workplaces. Know and contrast the dynamics and growth rate of your company’s locations.
- Analyse in detail and respond to the needs of your team. Examine the graphs by department and make the best decisions for each team.
This information will give you an overview and you can draw parallel lines to help you make better decisions.
How can you filter information when comparing data?
In the Filter section, select the companies in your group. As you add them, they will appear labeled in this section’s header.
This filter will also be applied in all sections of People Analytics. In addition, to get the most out of your data, you will always be able to identify which company they belong to in the charts by department.
