How can I create approval teams and who are they made up of?
Creating approval teams is a simple process that you can complete from two different paths:

From Expense control: go to Configuration > Validators > Custom validators > Create team. There, you can name the team and add the users who will be part of it.
- From the Users section: click the three-dot menu next to an employee and select the option to assign them to a specific team.
Who are these teams made up of?
Teams consist of the employees whose expenses you want to follow the same approval workflow. Once the team is created, you simply need to associate it with an approval workflow so that all expenses submitted by its members are reviewed by the validators you’ve defined.
