How can I archive a vacancy?

Do you have unpublished vacancies? Send them to the archived section and keep your panel neat and tidy at all times.

To file a vacancy, click on the Quick actions button (three dots) of the vacancy in question and then click on "File". Bear in mind that you can only archive unpublished vacancies.

Whenever you want to retrieve an archived vacancy, click on the icon next to "New vacancy". Hit the quick actions button of the vacancy and then click on "Unfile". That's it! 

In the archived section, you can filter the vacancies by category, recruiters, location and comments. Additionally, you can access the candidates' cards and edit their personal information, add recruiters and even delete a vacancy. 

Keep in mind that you cannot move candidates between statuses or categories, create or discard candidates, or edit or publish a vacancy in the archived section.
