How can I assign an onboarding or offboarding process?

To assign a process to an employee, you have three options:

  1. Go to "All" and click on "Add". There, select the employee, the process type, start date, and the template you want to use. Finally, click on "Confirm". Please note that, to use this option, you need to have created the employee beforehand.
  2. In the last step of the creation of a new employee, from the Onboarding section. There, you can choose the template you want to use.
  3.  If you want do a batch assignment, go to the "Employees" section. There, select all the employees you want, click on "Batch actions" and finally on "Assign onboarding", if you want to welcome a group of workers, or on "Assign offboarding" if you want to fire them.

That's it! The welcome flow will start automatically on the date you have selected.
