How can I assign and unassign employees to different positions?

To make the process of assigning a position easier, we provide several options:

  • From Employee Profile >> Employment Data >> Position in the Company. 
  • From the Employee Creation Modal >> Position in the Company.
  • From Employee Profile >> Contracts >> Add Contract >> Position in the Company.
  • From Configuration >> Company >> Positions in the Company >> Avatar under the Employees column.

Remember, a position can be assigned to one, multiple, or no employees.

Unassigning an employee is just as easy. Find the employee in the position details and click on the quick action button (three dots).

You can also update the position the employee holds from their profile by opening the dropdown menu and changing the selection. All positions will be saved in the history so you can review their professional trajectory whenever you like.
