How can I automatically enable employees when their contracts start?

In Configuration > Automations > User accesses, you will find the option “Automatically enable an employee when their contract starts”. By activating it, users with a future contract start date will remain disabled until that date.

What should you keep in mind?

  • Disabled employees will be enabled on the day their contracts start.
  • Enabling users will not affect employees without a contract who are already enabled.
  • Employees will remain disabled until they are activated.

Remember that your subscription has an employee limit. Thus, if you reach that limit, you will not be able to enable any more users.
