Sesame integrates with isEazy, the all-in-one training platform, to offer you a complete learning management solution. With this connection, you will be able to:

• Launch your training courses instantly without leaving Sesame.
• Create AI-powered e-learning content and access isEazy’s training catalog.
• Boost talent development and simplify your HR team's tasks.

Follow these steps to activate the integration with isEazy:

1. Register on isEazy. You can do it here.
2. Provide your API KEY and Sesame region to isEazy.
3. The isEazy team will configure the integration for you.

That’s it! Once set up, you'll enjoy automatic synchronization.

When you activate the integration, all users in your Sesame account will be automatically synchronized with isEazy, and their data will remain updated.

These are the data points synchronized between both tools:

• Employee personal and job-related information.
• Locations, companies, and business units.
• Automatic updates of employee hires, terminations, and modifications.
   

Please note that you cannot exclude users or data from synchronization. This means that all users in your Sesame account will be synced with isEazy.

Synchronized users will receive the following roles in isEazy:

• Participant: assigned to all synchronized users.
• Supervisor: assigned only to users who are defined as managers in Sesame.

All other roles in isEazy can be assigned directly from their platform.

Any change you make to a user field in isEazy that is covered by the integration (for example, changing their name) will be overwritten with the data from Sesame the next time the user is updated.
