Can I assign an onboarding process while creating an employee?
Of course! Make the new hires feel part of the team from the beginning.
How can you do this? By assigning them an onboarding template during their profile creation process in Sesame.
When can you do this? In the last step of the process of creating a new employee, from the Onboarding section.
You’re all set! The welcome process will start automatically on the start date.
Do you want to welcome several employees at the same time? It's easy! Simply create the profiles for the new employees and then, go to Employees >> Select employees >> Batch actions >> Assign onboarding / Assign offboarding.
