Which notifications can I automate?
You can automate more than 10 types of notifications by going to: Configuration >> Automations >> Notifications.
These are some of the ones you can set up:
- Employee notifications email.
- When changes are made to an employee’s profile.
- Minutes in advance before the start of the workday.
- Minutes in advance before the end of the workday.
- Minutes in advance before the employee receives a mobile notification when they forget to track tasks.
- If an employee clocks in/out after the grace period.
- Minutes in advance before sending a notification if employees don’t clock in.
- Minutes in advance before sending a notification if employees don’t clock in for the start of their break.
- Minutes in advance before sending a notification if employees don’t clock out for the end of their break.
- Minutes in advance before sending a notification if employees don’t clock out.
- The system sends an email every time a clock in/out record is created.
- Block emails to employees whenever holidays and time off are updated.
- Block emails to admins whenever holidays and time off are updated.
- Minutes in advance before sending an end-of-contract notification.
- Minutes in advance before sending an end-of-probation notification.
- Notify employees when shifts are updated.
- Block emails to (Admin / Employee) whenever there are requests to create or edit clock ins/outs.
- Send a notification to (select role) whenever an employee uploads a document to the Document Manager.
- Send a notification whenever a message is received through HR Chat.
