Can I link external apps and use them through Sesame?
Yes, Sesame allows for a simple setup that enables the integration and direct use of external tools from its platform.
To enable users to access external applications via the Sesame mobile app, the Sesame account administrator needs to configure the connection using a URL and then enable visibility.
How can I link external apps?
As an administrator, you can manage linked apps from the Configuration section. Go to Configuration > Devices > Mobile to add new apps.
To add an app:
- Click “Add”.
- Choose a name, icon, and color for the app.
- Enter the corresponding URL to link it.
- Decide whether the app should be visible to other users.
Once you save the changes, the app will appear in the list of linked applications. From this list, you can edit app details or remove them at any time.
