What should I do if I’m asked to provide more documentation to open my account?
If, after submitting your account opening request, you receive a notification asking for additional documentation, don’t worry, this is a normal part of the verification process to ensure maximum security.

Here’s what you need to do:
- Check your notification panel. The person who created the account will receive an alert in their panel indicating that more documents are needed to complete the process.
- Go to Wallet. By clicking on the notification, you’ll be taken directly to the Wallet section, where you can continue with the process.

Upload the requested documents. Inside Wallet, you’ll see a clear message specifying exactly which documents you need to upload to complete the process. Simply attach them in the corresponding section. Once uploaded, your request will be reviewed again to finalize the account creation.
