Who can see my overtime balance?
You (as long as your company has enabled balance visibility for the workforce) and the following roles, depending on their access:

Administrators and Owner: people with access to the Compensation module within their management scope (the entire company, workplace, or department).
- Your direct manager: only if they have the access needed to manage their team's time.
No one outside these roles has access to your balance information.
