Can the answers in the models be anonymous?
Of course! You can configure the model so that the answers are anonymous. To do this, go to the "Configuration" tab.
Keep in mind that, since it's an anonymous questionnaire, you won't be able to link employees to the answers they provide. For the Engagement model, we recommend not enabling the anonymous answers option in order to better understand where your employees stand and what you can do to improve their well-being within the company.
In addition, please note that the department filter will be activated once you receive at least 6 responses.
