Can I duplicate a holiday calendar?
Yes. If your organization needs to duplicate already established holiday settings, the process is simple and straightforward.
Go to: Configuration >> Calendars >> Holidays.
Identify the configuration you want to duplicate. Click on the three dots and select Duplicate.

This will generate an exact copy of the holiday calendar, but without any employees assigned, since each employee can only have one calendar assigned.
If you assign the duplicated calendar to employees who were already assigned to the original one, the system will automatically unassign the previous calendar, because only one active calendar per employee is allowed.
