How can I fix clock in/out errors on the tablet with Sesame Wall 3.0?
There are several reasons why errors or failures may occur when clocking in/out from a tablet.
If you’re using Sesame Wall 3.0, below you’ll find the most common issues and how you can correct or edit your employees’ clock ins/outs.
Errors when clocking in/out via: Code, Face ID, NFC
Depending on the type of clock in/out, check the following:
- Clock in/out via code
Make sure your employees are entering their access codes correctly on the tablet. You can find these codes by following this route from the web panel: Employee profile >> Access >> Tablet access.
If the codes aren’t working, you can change them from the same section.
- Clock in/out via NFC card

- Clock in/out via Face ID
