What is the default overtime policy and how does it work?

The default policy is the general rule that is automatically applied to any employee without an explicitly assigned policy.

How the default policy works:

  • It is 100% editable. You can modify its parameters at any time from Configuration >> Time management >> Compensation.
  • Automatic update. If you change the policy marked as default, employees who depended on it will automatically move to the new one.

To check which policies apply to each person and when, go to "Employees" and click "Configure template". There, enable the option to display the policies column.
