What information is shown in the Summary section?
From the Summary section, you can view the total expenses of your employees, whether made with Sesame cards* or entered manually.

Total expenses: the total amount of all expenses.

Total Sesame Card expenses: expenses made exclusively with Sesame cards.

Available balance: the remaining balance after deducting all expenses made with Sesame cards. If a positive transaction occurs (such as a refund or reimbursement in favor of the company), that amount is added to the balance.

Current balance: shows all expenses except those still marked as pending (not yet executed).

Transaction history: review the transactions affecting the current balance, whether made with Sesame cards or Wallet transactions.

Add expense: if you have expenses pending registration, you can add them here.
To transfer balance to the Expense control tool, go to Wallet via Manage balance.
In the table, you’ll see all company transactions, whether made with Sesame cards or entered manually, regardless of their status.
Additionally, when a transaction is made with a Sesame card in a currency other than euros, the currency exchange fee will appear as an additional expense in both Transactions and the Inbox.
Remember: for an expense to appear in the Export section, it cannot be in "Pending" status.
