How can I assign a Lead recruiter to an employee?
From the section Employment data >> Recruiter, you can assign a lead recruiter to an employee.
You can do this in 3 different ways:
- Manually: select the recruiter from the drop-down menu.
- From the Recruitment section: if you assign a Lead recruiter to a candidate, the person will be automatically assigned as the lead recruiter when the candidate becomes an employee.
- Using the employee bulk load: the employee creation and update templates now include a column for the Lead recruiter.
On the contrary, if you do not want to assign a lead recruiter to an employee, you can leave the field empty.
Both the general and specific roles can be assigned as Lead recruiters.
