Where can I see the balance generated by each type of rule?

There are three places where you can check it, depending on the level of detail you need:

  • In the "Compensation" table itself. The "Worked time breakdown" and "Balance breakdown" blocks have an expandable section that reveals one column for each categorization or multiplier rule configured in the policy, each with its name. By default, they are collapsed so as not to clutter the view, and they are only active if the policy has rules of that type configured.

  • In "Statistics", both the employee and the administrator can see the balance breakdown by rule type from the detail panel; the administrator can also edit it directly from there.

  • In People Analytics >> Compensation (if your company has the module active), you can see at the company level which rules are used most, with rankings and usage comparisons between categorization and multiplier rules.
